I have been training with Ruthie for almost 2 years. I was in my late 60’s when we started and wanted a personal trainer for weight lifting and overall general one on one to increase my stamina to get into top shape. That we have done!!!! We did 2 personal sessions for 18 months plus a group workout once a week. I have set goals which I have accomplished. I always leave a session more energized. The past several months, my weight lifting has increased to the next level. I’m actually pretty impressed that I’m in better shape now than I was 25 years ago. Ruthie and I have a lot of fun and these exercises are often complimented with laughter. I can’t thank Ruthie enough. She is an amazing trainer.
